A lessee is subject to terms dictated by a lessor for the use of the lessor’s property. Not too sure what ownership rights the HDB legal counsel was referring to. Selling a HDB flat is merely a lease transfer. https://likedatosocanmeh.wordpress.com/…/hdb-legal…/
