Another GIC-backed investment may soon be wiped out
Despite GIC having invested in Amplitude pre IPO, ie Series E, F funding, the investment has not been profitable. Hopefully, Amplitude will be able to turn a profit. Otherwise, more than US$50 mil may have to be written off.

In mega-bubble territory, will the Indian stock market and Adani crash?
Let’s just pretend there’s no cronyism and corruption in India. Their stock market is also not bubbly. Even if there’s a collapse, Temasek and GIC will somehow ensure that losses will be limited. Adani’s achievements are all through merit.

Will GIC’s Bandhan investment go the way of Yes bank?
GIC owns 125.4 mil Bandhan shares, currently valued at almost S$1/2 bil. Should Bandhan’s revenue continue to slide and losses incurred, a collapse in share prices is to be expected.

The Indian rupee made a new low against the SGD today. It has been making record lows almost every month in 2022. At the current rate of decline, will it not become banana money in the next 6 decades?
