Mrs Ow Foong Pheng
Permanent Secretary, MND
Dear Mrs Ow
I refer to my feedback dated 10 March (attached). I am pleased to inform you that the embarrassing car park sign board has finally been replaced.
This issue would not have arisen if PR-PTC estate officers had been deployed in the estate, say, monthly or even half yearly.
PR-PTC should not continue to rely on residents’ feedback to get its job done.
